ilr dependent visa peo processing time

Hello members i am very greatfull for the advises you have given me so far.
I have last question about my wife who is in the uk for 3 months, and will apply as my dependent
for ilr based on tier 1. iam planning to apply her visa by post while i will go on the window for my visa. but i dont know what is the processing time on post.
pls help me on this. if it takes long through the post then ill go for the window to apply her visa.

By post FLR or Tier 1 dependent application took 2 weeks to 6 months.
