Sggestionfor wife visa

Hi All,

I took divorce from wife in july 2014 . She got tier-1 dependent visa in Sept 2012 and traveled to UK in sept-2012. Her visa was expired in March-2014 and she is in india now .
Right now i have ILR and I didn't informed to ukba about my divorce while applying ILR. recently I got second marriage and i want to bring second wife to uk.
Could you please let me know what is the process like
1.which application i need to submit.
2.What documents are required
3.Do i need to inform to ukba about my divorce?
a.if yes, when i need to inform to ukba in second wife application or any separate application i need to send ?
4.what document related to divorce i need to submit while applying visa for second wife?

please give me vaild suggestions.

Are you legally divorced?

Yes.Ex-wife and me was agreed for mutual consent divorce and court also granted divorce in india.
