Just to let you know the application was successful. And we have received the BRP card. My wife didn't have to submit any Financial requirement document from her side. I was surprisingly happy, because on the day of application (in person) the PEO case worker didn't even call us for any clarification. It was a straight forward approval. I believe this was because the intension and supporting documents were clear enough for them to approve the case.MPH80 wrote:Unfortunately by starting contracting via a limited company you've put yourself in a bit of a bad position.
Had you remained employed - this was easy - 6 months of payslips and bank statements.
By becoming a limited company - you now have to wait until you have a financial year is complete to be able to submit any evidence. You have to show the CT600 as well as your accounts with them signed off by an appropriate accountant.
So I doubt you'll be able to apply in December now unless your wife meets the financial requirements on her own.

Can you please advise the documents you submitted for this extension.
I also need to apply for dependent visa for my would be wife who is on ICT-long term as of today. As soon as I get married early next year will subsequently qualify for ILR. So if you could list out the documents you submitted would be really helpful.
I also work as limited company director so my case would be identical as yours. So kindly let me know the documents you submitted ?
Thanks
