ilr appointment

hello every one i am grateful for your help,

i have booked the ilr appointment on tier 1 general basis.i have one issue of previous taxes though i had paid regular tax but not according to what income i had shown on the extension.

question is if worst case i get the refusal or inquiry on my ilr application then would i be able to withdraw it and put new application same week or after 2 weeks for tier 1 gen extension??
