Please suggest for my son visa

Dear experts,
am going for Ilr in August 2015, by the time my husband is not eligible for ilr ,we are applying for him PBS dependent ,because he came in jan2013. And my son born in India he came to this country in jan 2014,
1) is he eligible for ILR because am eligible or
2) he need to wait till my husband gets ILR
Please guide me on this

What is the expiry date of your child and husbands visas? On what basis are you applying for ILR??

I would guess that they expire at the same time and therefore your child can apply when your husband applies.

Am applying on basis of tier1 general ,me and my dependent visa expiring same time in 06/09/15
