ILR - Absences calculated As per FAQs

Dear Gurus/Seniors,

Quick query on my ILR eligibility. Please reply if you find some free time.

I am new to this forum.

I am planning for my ILR soon. Here are the details regarding my absences

1.18/06/2011 to 03/07/2011 (15 Days)
2. 02/03/2012 to 29/03/2012 (27 days)
3. 01/11/2013 to 25/11/2013 (24 Days)
4. 01/03/2014 to 25/03/2014 (24 Days)
5.16/05/2012 to 28/01/2013 (256 Days)

During this 8 months (256 Days) my employer transfered my payroll to India.But for these 5 years I am in the same Tier2 General visa.
I came to UK on 18th June 2010. My visa was issued on 8th June 2010 in India.

As per FAQs from the Moderator Vinny , I have calculated the ILR dates as follows

Year 1: 01-08-2015 to 02-08-2014
Year 2: 01-08-2014 to 02-08-2013
Year 3: 01-08-2013 to 02-08-2012 (01 August 2012 to 27th January 2013 in Total: 179 days)
Year 4: 01-08-2012 to 02-08-2011 (16th May 2012 to 1st August 2012 in Total: 77 days)
Year 5: 01-08-2011 to 02-08-2010


Can some one suggest me on the following queries

1.I am assuming that I am eligible for ILR. Please confirm?
2.If I book an appointment on 1st August 2015 is that fine?
3.What sort of letter that I need to get from my employer for my absences?
4.During the long absences period 256 days I got the Indian salary.Is this fine for ILR?
5.I have Five(5) P60's along with me
