o) All Etickets and travel invoices
Why do you need these if you have an employer letter?

If you have been employed with a company throughout, you don't need this as it is required for those who are self employed.

Hi deepunayak,

I am also in the same situation, Tier 1 (G) completing 5 yrs and planning to apply for my ILR by end of this month.
I am bit worried about English assessment. Are u sure that we can still go with PBS calculator printout, degree certi & degree taught in english letter from uni ? orelse require NARIC letter ?

Also please can u sent me your format for employer letter for proof of absence ?

Thank you.

Thanks CR001 :-). yeah, I agree with you, just putting them as I have them. So you think the set of documents I am producing covers everything which is required?

Yes, Yarlie_uk. PBS calculator printout, degree certi & degree taught in english letter from uni are sufficient, don't need NARIC letter. You can go through the link provided by CR001.

Regarding the format, here u go .....

From,
<Issuing authority>
Date: 18.08.2015

Hello All,
Thanks for your advices. Our application was successful yesterday, we have been granted with ILR.
Looked like a busy day in the Croydon home office. We submitted the application at 12:30 and received the confirmation/original documents at 5:30.
So be prepared for the delays if u plan to visit Croydon.

I have provided cohab documents from last 2 years. 3+3 if you have common bills 6 + 6 if you have independent documents.

In the form it says ' please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you
were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years)'

Thanks CR001 :). Can you please help me with a post PR question ;). what should be its validity? Ours is valid until 31/12/2024 which is 9 years from now. It should be 10 years right, should have been 31/12/2025?

It should be 10 years yes but it is only the card that expires, not your ILR. The card will need to be renewed in the same way as a drivers license.

Also, if you do apply for citizenship, it is irrelevant regarding your card as once you get British citizenship, your ILR BRP will be cancelled.
