Hi all,
I have a query in regards to this topic. I am a Tier 1 (General) migrant applying with my wife for our ILR in person in 5 days.
While filling the form now, I realized that since 19th Nov. 2015 the rule changes mean, not just a Life in the UK test pass but also a relevant speaking and listening qualification test.
I had (both for my wife & myself) obtained a letter from UK NARIC which states "The level of English language for the above degree course is considered to meet the requirements of CEFR level C1".
Would this suffice? Do I need to take a speaking & listening test as well?
A bit confused!! Your help as usual is appreciated.
Thanks,
Y
