Post by Shanda » Fri Jun 10, 2016 1:51 pm

I just want to thank everyone, especially CR001 and Pillar with their kind and fast responses whenever I posted asking about my issues.

Got my ILR today within 2 hours of waiting at Sheffield premium service.

Once again thank you everyone here for providing all the advice to so many people, you are really very kind people.

May God Bless you all .

Hi askhans786

I applied after completion of 6 years discretionary leave as I'm married to a British national. I used form ILR set '0'.

My appointment was for 1120 hours but I arrived at 1000 hrs they dealt with me straight away. Had my biometric taken after 20 minutes. Was called at about 1145 hrs and given my papers and told my biometric will be posted and will receive it within 7 days.

I also submitted the following original copies and photocopies as well.

Letter to whom it may concern - confirming the previous dates of grants/letters from home office and why I was due for ILR.
Photographs
2 Letters from home office they wrote to me confirming my discretionary leave to remain
My passport , my husbands passport and biometric card
Marriage certificate
Both my husbands and my birth certificate
Letter from employer
1 year bank statement
1 year pay slips
5 years p60
Gas and electricity bills
English test certificate
Life in the UK certificate
Council tax bill and postal pol card
Mortgage letter

Regards

Shanda
