10 Years ILR Application after ILR / SET (O) Refusal 322(5)

First ILR / SET (O) premium application made on 30/12/15 got refused on same day under paragraphs 245 (CD)b and 322(5) due to tax return discrepancies in 10/11 and 12/13.

Submit amended tax return to HMRC on 18 Jan 16 and made second ILR / SET (O) Application on 20 Jan 16 (4 days prior to Tier 1 general visa expiry date).

HMRC has amended their records and we have started paying outstanding amount in instalments since May 16.

Second application was refused on 23 Feb 17. And both time visa refused on the basis of same grounds. We have submitted Admin Review on 08 Feb 17.

Admin Review refused on 05 April 2017 on same ground 245 (CD)b and 322(5).

Now we are making application under SET (LR) / ILR long residency within 14 days of visa refusal letter.

What is processing time of ILR in 2017 in similar cases?
Will UKVI give me right of appeal or AR?
What is processing time for Appeal for lower and upper tribunal?
What is the success rate (I am living with family in the UK with 2 kids - both borne in the UK in 08/2013 and 02/16) at the end after appeal or AR & JR?
What kind of additional documents or evidence will make our case strong?
