ILR long residence route

Post by arun4query » Wed Jun 07, 2017 10:20 pm

Hi

A quick question

Out of the 10 years spent in UK does time spent as a TIER 2 Dependant (which is the last 3 years and current status) will count in these 10 years

Student - 1 year
PSW - 2 years
Tier 2 general - 4 years
Tier 2 dependant - 3 years

All are legally spent and adhered to the travel abroad limits

My only doubt is whether time spending as dependant of tier 2 general considered in this 10 years
Regards

All legal residence qualifies.
