Post by mfar » Tue Jul 18, 2017 11:32 am

Hi Guys
i know these question have been asked many times but i cant find on Forum
my Tier1 entrepreneur visa valid till April 2018
10 years completing on 2nd september , i came in this country on 30th september as student .
planning to go on window

1. do i have to take all my company documents e.g. Company contract, employee document, company accounts, current appointment report etc do i have to hand over these documents to case worker or keep aside until he asks for that..

2. when you book for window there is a short form to fill , will that be enough or should i fill paper form as well Set(LR) and take it with me?

3. from 2007 to 2012 i was employed by other companies , do i have go back to them and ask for experience letter or character letter etc..is it necessary?

4. Does HMRC keeps record more than 6 years back or not?

5. when i read the policy guidance there is not many documents requirement on 10 years route, but could anybody tell me what documents should i attached with form and what document should i take with me .

6. if case worker is happy will he give decision on the spot.

looking forward for reply
thanks

Hi there,
According to the requirements of SET LR all you need are;
1) Complete SET LR Form.
2) 2x recent Passport size photographs ( in accordance with the SET LR form's guide line)
3) All passports which you have had held for all 10 years, including the one on which your 1st Visa was issued and you got entered in the UK.
4)English Language Certificate or any type of Proof like if you have studied in UK(Degree level)
5) Life in the UK passed test certificate.

Regards,
_ A

1. do i have to take all my company documents e.g. Company contract, employee document, company accounts, current appointment report etc do i have to hand over these documents to case worker or keep aside until he asks for that..
It is recommended but usually not asked for
2. when you book for window there is a short form to fill , will that be enough or should i fill paper form as well Set(LR) and take it with me?
Complete the SET(LR) form
3. from 2007 to 2012 i was employed by other companies , do i have go back to them and ask for experience letter or character letter etc..is it necessary?
No
4. Does HMRC keeps record more than 6 years back or not?
You should keep records for up to 6 years, legally.
5. when i read the policy guidance there is not many documents requirement on 10 years route, but could anybody tell me what documents should i attached with form and what document should i take with me .
The SET(LR) form tells you what to take in general. Passports, photos, English and LIUK test, BRP, or any other relevant document
6. if case worker is happy will he give decision on the spot.
Yes, you'll get a same day decision if your case is straightforward
