Succesful dependant ILR on her own

Post by Rajeev123 » Mon Aug 21, 2017 7:12 pm

Successful ILR dependant application. Main applicant received ILR 4 months ago.

12.40 appointment
12.30 biometric done
1.50 called for case registration
2.30 biometric
5.40- approval collectoin.

NOTE- Do not leave the PEO around 4 PM as re entry stops at 4PM.

May be it was one of the bad days for timings above as my own ILR experience was less than 2 hours overall.

Dependent applied as main applicant and normal cohabitation documents- Only had council and mortgage in joint names, others we submitted individual letters. Gave all that I had (wanted to be safe than sorry). Happy to answer any questions.
Main documents
Both passports, me and wife
- BRP, me and wife
- Her UK degree certificate
- Her Life in UK test pass certificate
-Her 3 months pay slips and bank statements
Her Photos x 2
- Payment copy
- Cohabitation documents
Photocopies
> Her passport front and photo page, including stamps and visas
> My passport front and photo page,
> Both BRPs
> Everything else photocopies, except only front and last page of bank statements if too many pages and tenancy contract only front page with rental address and name and signatures only (no T&C)

Additional documents
- Marriage certificate
- University pass certificate
My Original passport and BRP

Good luck everyone and thank you for your support and help.
