Post by everfor » Sun Oct 01, 2017 8:51 pm

My wife is tier 1 dependent she is going her ILR. She has original Final Certificate of BTech and xerox medium of instruction letter. Does it required to apply UK NARIC for Statement of comparability + English assessment?
Can she apply ILR with above Final, Transcript degree certificate and medium of letter with out uk naric ?
Please advise.

Set 0 form - Tier 1 dependent

Post by everfor » Mon Oct 02, 2017 4:28 pm

I am applying only for wife ilr. Need a advise filling the Set 0 form for Tier 1 dependent.

1. Despite she is tier 1 dependent, does it need filled as a Main applicant in the form?
2. Understood for dependents 180 days absence rule is not applicable. Still i need to fill the Section 6.2 absence details?

6.2 Since then have you had any absences from the UK? If yes, give the dates you left and
returned to the UK and the reason for the absence in the spaces below. List all absences
however short and in date order. If you need more space, continue on a separate sheet and
enclose it with your application.

Please advise?

Please keep all your questions on the same application in ONE topic, this one now merged with your other one.

1. Yes, she is the main applicant.

2. She can list the absences.

Do it required only Statement of Comparability ? or both including English Language Assessment?

Both of them costing £255.60 for 48 hrs delivery, which is very expensive? My wife has done BTECH in JNTU having generic medium of instruction letter, initial thought it required only Statement of Comparability which cost is around £150.

Leave the parts that are not applicable blank. You should submit the whole form.

T1 Dep - SET O form - No Husband info

Post by everfor » Mon Nov 06, 2017 4:40 pm

I am holding the T1 dependent visa, filling the ILR latest SET 0 form as main applicant but no where in the form it has been requested the details of husband who is main person(sponsor) of my visa. it's bit strange.

Now my husband has became British citizen and in my ILR document list, just including his photocopy of british passport, financial statements (no joint name), joint cohab doc's i,e nhs & utility bills, uk naric letter of my degree and Marriage certificate. Does i need to include the old ILR details of my husband?

Any advise please or some thing i am missing???

For the third time, please refrain from starting new topics on the same application.

No requirement to complete your husbands details. You are applying for ILR on your own. HO will see the details on their system anyway.
