ILR premium service appointment - Dependant

Post by gaconlonton » Wed Jan 24, 2018 10:08 am

Hi all,

I'm applying for ILR through the dependent route. Does my husband need to accompany me in the appointment? And in addition to our marriage certificate, what other documents of my husband that I need to provide?

Many thanks x

Which 'dependent' route? There is more than one route so helpful if you state exactly what visa you held and a bit of immigration history.

Hi CR001,

It's the tier 2 Dependent route, although my husband has got his ILR last year already.

I came to the UK on 16 Jan 2013, so by the time of my appointment (26 Feb 18), I'm qualified for the 5 year period. I have been on full time employment with stable income since the end of 2013, so I guess I won't need to prove that I depend on my husband financially?

Husband does not need to attend with you.

There is no financial requirement for PBS Dependents applying for ILR.

The form will tell you what to submit.
