Hi All
I got refusal for my ILR application based on Tier 1 General (after wait of 20 months). Refusal letter is composed on 9th Feb. My solicitor received it on 12th Feb -15 Feb but notified and given me on 28th Feb. I submitted my Admin Review on 02 March. Will Home Office accept my admin review in time as i have explained them the situation.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Shanu111
I qualified for ILR long residency (10 years) two months after when my Tier 1 General visa was expiring. But now i do qualify for 10 years long residency ILR (SET LR).
Reason for refusal is that i did mistake in submitting my tax returns to HMRC. Which i amended as soon as i realized the mistake. Now i do have payment plans in place with HMRC. The figures given to UKVI and HMRC were different in previous financial years.
Thanks

Reason for refusal is that i did mistake in submitting my tax returns to HMRC in previous years. Which i amended as soon as i realized the mistake. Now i do have payment plans in place with HMRC. The figures given to UKVI and HMRC were different in previous financial years. UKVI refused my visa under 322(5), 245CD(b) and 245CD(g) with reference to paragraph 19(i) and 19(j).
My twin children born in UK on 11-08-2009 will be 10 years old on 11-08-2019. My Mrs will qualify for 10 years long residency on 04-09-2019.
Questions:
1- Will Home Office accept my admin review in time as i have explained them the situation.
2- Should i apply judicial review to remove 322(5)?
3- Should I apply for ILR on the base of 10 years long residency (SET LR)?
4- Should I apply for FLR FP for Mrs and children?
5- Should I apply FLR FP only for Mrs as children will get British status when they will be 10 anyway?
Thanks in advance.

Home office takes 322(5) very seriously. If your ILr refused on the basis of 322(5) then ILr (LR) will be refused as well.

Did you realise you replied to a March 2018 post and OP is not active since Nov 2018.
