How long it is taking these days to get a reply from HO for ILR application

I have applied for ILR under Tier1 Entrepreneur visa with £200k investment on 7 December 2017 that is last year. It was for me & my wife under dependent & my two children over 18 as my dependent applied separately.
I have received so far 3 emails from HO saying it is under consideration every month. Last was yesterday only. Can anyone please let me know if being over 3 months is bit late or well under present time limit. I am now getting bit worried since 3 months have gone.
