JR while pending application

can I apply for JR for the previous application while I am having a pending new application (without rejecting it)?
(I want to proceed with both)

JR is a process completely separate to the immigration rules applications. They can run concurrently.

Without providing more information about your circumstances as you have no posting history on the forum, most members won't be able to comment.
