Hi,
Can i please ask for some advice?
Immigration history
Student until april 2012
April 2012 applied PSw visa but was refused, made an appeal and was allowed in december 2012. Waited for the visa from.jan 2013 to july 2014.. I call/sent letter but no response until
May 2014 HO email me stating that my 2012 appeal was only allowed for not removing me in the UK. But on the determination letter that I received, my appeal was allowed. Same month I got solicitor who did not pursue my allowed 2012 appeal and made an application for FLR instead which was granted until jan 2017.
In december 2016 i made an ILR application under 10 years long residency but was refused due to the gap between 2013 and 2014 and HO was saying that I overstayed in this period. This is the whole time I was waiting for HO to contact me and hoping to give my visa as my appeal was allowed in 2012.

Would you know if I have a chance in my ILR case please?

What do you mean appeal allowed ??! Did you go to tribunal ??!! Simply appeal being allowed does not mean that HO will give you visa. You must appeal the decision in court. Needs more details
