SET LR for child under 16

My older son is 15 years old, at present he is on limited leave to remain, he qualify for SET LR because he is here legally for the past 10 years.

Can he use SET LR to get the settlement because at present none of the parent hold ILR.

He born outside UK and came to UK in 2008. His ten years completed may 2018.

Your previous post in April suggests you have a 21 year old daughter and 7 year old son. All leave to remain expiring in May.

Is this child another son??

What is his full UK immigration history including svisa start and expy dates??
