Previous English Test Scores

Hello, everyone!
I am on the 5 year route and for the LLR I provided an English test that is no longer accepted, from a provider which is also no longer accepted. My level was C1.
Now, I will apply for ILR. Can I submit a (required) B1 level test even though my previous score was C1?
Any help/tips will be greatly appreciated!
