Alternative of postal to premium upgrade

Hi Team,

Need information of any alternative of postal to premium upgrade as UKVI cancelled postal to premium upgrade on 22/11/2018 and could not find any guidance for alternative service.

We are in process to get ILR for SET O via postal and application was submitted on 15/08/2018 and biometric was requested on 06/09/2018 and since than have not heard anything and send email to postal to premium upgrade yesterday and got replay saying service has stopped now.

If anyone has any suggestion to speedup process for SET O as need for employment purpose.
