Set O - online application queries

Hello,

My wife will be attending premium service in 2 days for her ILR. We have already paid £2999.00. She has completed 5 years as tier 1 general dependent. My queries are as below:

1. While completing the online form, it is asking for payment and book for premium service. As we already paid and have booking, shall we just print the partial application form as pdf?

2.The documents they asked are:
Printed application form
Booking and payment confirmation email
Passport
BRP
Life in the UK test certificate
Language test certificate
Declaration signed by applicant to give consent for verification check

Are they all? Or I have missed something ?

I doubt that... u need a paper form.... Assuming you are applying on SET O Tier 1 PBS Dependent on 5 year route, which is same as mine, you dont need archived application paper form and just send the printed application form and documents/paperwork shown at the end of the application screen. Even i have applied same as you a day back and don't think paper form of application from archived data is required in your category.

Only thing i can see missing is cohabitation documents!!
