Set O Form - Question; When did you enter the UK

Dear friends,

I filled my friend form but stuck on one point which is;
When did you enter the UK.

History: The guy first came in this country in Jan 2006 with family and returned to Pakistan in Feb 2007 (visa was expired in Jun 2007) and again came back with new visa in Aug 2008 and applied Asylum in Aug 2008.

Which date I can put in 'when did you enter the UK' is Jan 2006 or Aug 2008.

Need urgent reply please.

If that is the question, it is Aug 2006.

The question in paper from is:

When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date you entered the
UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

In this case, it is Aug 2008

But why is he filling a SET O Form ? It should be SET (LR)

He will applied Premium Service and Set O form for that.

I also applied my Premium Service on Set O form 3 months ago and thank God got my ILR on same day within two hours.

Why isn't your friend filling in his own form? Are you doing the online form or paper form?

Are you qualified and licenced to help him with immigration matters??

Does your friend already have a premium appointment before Thursday when the service for same day decision closes?

Why do you believe he can't use premium or any of the new services for set LR??

First of all I just help him coz his laptop was out of order and he's sitting beside me during filling his online application,

Second he didn't get any premium service appointment yet, he said I will completed my rest of application today at nearest library of his house.

Third I applied my Premium Service on Set O Form 3 months ago and got decision within two hours on same day, after completion of my 6 years of DLR (I got DLR on out of immigration rules after refusal of asylum).

Dear, can he apply online premium service on Set O form?

The premium service same day system is closing on Thursday. Unlikely he will get an appointment.

He will have to apply online and use the new system, which does not have a same day decision any more.
