Time oustide UK for Dependent

Hi all,

My wife and kids joined me in UK in July 2015. Their History:
* Tier 1 Ent Dependent from July 2015 till Feb 2017
* Tier 2 Dependent from Feb 2017 till date.

As far as I know, they are eligible for ILR in June 2020.

My question :
Is the 180 days absence rule applicable to them for their ILR application ?

Your opinion will be helpful.

There is NO absence limit for PBS dependents with visas issued before 11 January 2018. Only visas issued on or after this date and absence after this date is relevant.
