Evidence of cohabitation for Indefinite leave to remain as a partner

Hi all,

I am working on the evidence of cohabitation. The form asks for six items. I would like to know how to prepare these 6 items.

I now have
2x council tax bill (joint name)
2x water bill (joint name)
2x tenancy agreements (joint name)

Are these letters accepted as evidence of cohabitation?

Do I need to have 6 items from different sources?

I was thinking to provide
3x council tax (joint name) for past 3 years
3x water bill (joint name) for past 3 years
3x tenancy agreements (joint name) for past 3 years
1x mortgage agreements (joint name)
3x bank statement (my name) for past 3 years
3x bank statement (my husband name) for past 3 years
3x GP letter (my name) for past 3 years
3x GP letter (my husband name) for past 3 years

I was thinking that 6 items are fro 6 different sources covering period of last 2.5 years. Am I right?

When you say 3 pieces o evidence, what do you mean?

Council tax + water bill + tenancy agreements, 2 for each?

Application form ask for 6 items, do they mean 6 different documents ?
