Re: T1 E ILR due Soon Job Creation

Post by san4464 » Wed Jan 30, 2019 4:50 pm

Hi All

I am new to this forum but I have heard a lot about the senior members on this forum. First of all my time lines

Initial Visa on 28/02/2014 ( pre 6 april 2014 )
Extension 12/03/201
5 years will complete on 28/02/2019
Qualifying period starting from 01/02/2019.

1. So can I apply on 07/02/2019 ?

2. Payroll from 01/02/2018 - 31/01/2019 ( 12 Months )

3. Can I use the employment from extension awaiting period? if yes then is it ok to apply on 07/02/2019 and use last payroll till 31/01/2019, because HO guidance says immediate before that means I should apply on 01/02/2019. That I cant due to some funds restrictions.

4. 1 Employee start date 08 Nov 2017- cont( Full Time )

2 Employee start date 10 Feb 2018- cont ( Full Time )

3 Employee start 20/06/2017- cont (Part time)
4 Employee Start date 15/01/2018 -14/05/2018 (Part time)

Am I covered please advise....

Many Regards

Only employment AFTER grant of extension counts. You can apply anytime within 28 days from completing your 5 years and onwards

You need in total 104 weeks of employment AFTER grant of extension given that you can benefit from transitional arrangements
