ILR for Dependent Leave to Remain

Post by mziada » Wed Feb 13, 2019 7:17 pm

Hi

I have similar question.

My spouse Leave to remain decision letter (premium service) was 12th of February 2014. my extension was Sept 2016 and made a buffer of extra few weeks so my current visa expires on 30 of March 2019. But as I understand my clock starts on the 12th of Feb 2014, correct? so am I able to apply/book appointment any time after 12th of February 2019?

Appreciate your response.

Thanks in advance.

1. Please don't tag your questions onto other members topic. It is unfair to other posters.

2. What 'Leave to Remain' exactly does your spouse hold (there are many types), i.e. is it FLR(M) spouse settlement visa or PBS Dependent visa?
