No. All UK residents have free access to the NHS benefits and treatmentsWould the Maternity Exemption Certificate be treated as recourse to Public Funds?
PBS migrants do not need to provide such evidence. Also, regarding my question around the Continuous Period, if there is no requirement to prove Residency with evidence, I wonder why do people provide Council Tax Bills, Rent Agreements etc. to support the Application. Are those documents required to satisfy other requirements of the Application? And do they need to cover the entire period from the Date of Entry into the UK upto the Date of Application of ILR?
This has been asked and answered 100s of times. Documents such as tenancy agreement, utility bills, HMRC letters, NHS letters, Council tax etc etc.* Could you please highlight what Documents are required to prove the Cohabitation evidence for PBS Dependants?
No.* Are there any NHS Services which are treated as Recourse to Public Funds for Tier 2 Migrants?
