ILR HUMAN RIGHTS

Post by Leonielog » Thu Feb 14, 2019 7:49 am

Hi all
We came over in 2004 on ancestral visa. We notified the HO of change of address when we moved. Upon having a house fire where all our documents & passports got destroyed, we applied for new visas. The HO sent the documents & new passports to our old address from 2004. However, we have now been told to get our BRP under the human rights act as our children were born here & we have no family left in SA. Can someone please tell me what visa will we get under the human rights article 8? Many thanks

What's your full visa history? Surely, you would have written a new address on your applications???? Have you made any applications since applying to replace your initial visas, which were presumably valid until 2009 - 10 years ago?
