Variation from FLR (M) to ILR

Post by himmat » Thu Mar 14, 2019 1:12 pm

Hi
I was included on my Wife FLR (FP) Application as dependents, when she completed her 10 Yrs she made a variation of Application to SET (LR) at PSC Sheffield. Her application was put on hold pending arrival of Passport. After two weeks she received her approval letter together with all the documents that was submitted at our FLR (FP) application together with my passport. I received my IHS fees and application fees back too.

I applied for FLR(M) within eight days of receiving my passport and was granted leave to remain for 30 months. I have now completed my 10 yrs Long residency. Will that gap of 8 Days break my Continuous period of leave?

Your help will be kindly appreciated.

Best Regards
