YesPlease just to make my mind at ease....the step after FLRM Extension (spouse Visa) is ILR?
Set(M)Also the name of the Form so I can print it out and and start working towards meeting all the requirements.

Same applies but she cannot apply any sooner than within 28 days before the 5 anniversary of the date she entered the UK.How many days/months prior do you have to apply?
I know the FLRM was within 28days so is SET(M) the same?
Yes, often longer. You can apply in person for a same day decision too, it just costs a lot more.also gov website states 6 months for a decision, is that how long it usually takes?

Your previous posts stated her visa expired in March 2019???Wakizashi21 wrote: ↑Wed May 01, 2019 11:36 amHi All,
Just a quick intro:
My wife is on a spouse visa (5 year route). We need to apply for SET (M) indefinite leave to remain.
She arrived in the UK on the 17th of April 2019. Her BMRP is set to expire on 28th August 2019.
Can we apply for ILR now as she has been here over 5 years?
Kind Regards,
Waqas
