My parents and my friends are in the UK, so I surmise those reasons are strong enough? So does this mean that I have no chance of applying for a returning resident visa? If I had known that this was the case I never would've applied for a tourist visa. Thanks for the input. Unfortunately I am still dependent on my parents and they still send me money monthly. But yes, I am not losing hope.
