absence outside UK between two employments in ILR

Hello All,
In Tier 2 general, Does one month absence outside UK between two employments after being granted the leave to remain from the second employer , cause any problem applying to ILR ? . The reason is the start date was postponed . And what kind of evidence should I provide to prove this absence ?
