ILR English Requirements question

Hi

I have read all relevant posts and didnt manage to clarify my question, sorry in advance if double posting.

My wife has obtained Cambridge English level 1 certificate (ESOL) in June 2015. She got B2 level. There is no expiration date on the paper (I was under impression this test never expires but could be wrong). Now she is applying for ILR 4 years later. Is this paper valid or does she need to take another exam?

Esol is no longer accepted.

She needs B1 IELTS SELT etc from a current test provider on HOs list.
