I need your advice. I have only 3 months left to qualify for 10 years long residancy. After get 60 days letter in Aug 2018 I varied some application for avoiding refusal. Secnario is:
Apply Flr (Hro) aug 2018
Varied to FLR (FP) nov2018 Varied to Set (O) Feb2019FLR (LR) April2019 FLR(FP) May 2019(Pending)..I have a plan one more variation before 10 years. Is my 3c leave continues??? So far have not get any refusal. Do you think HO can raise any issues about variation??? Didnot get any refusal yet.please advice me... Note: Home office refunded my previous application fees. In the middle when My FLR HRO was pending HO refunded my 2 fees For HRO and FP.. Set O fees didnot refund. That time HRO application was latest. Is this gonna effect my ILR app??? Please advice me... Thanks
