How many letters from HO I suppose to receive

Post by sylva125 » Sun Jun 23, 2019 1:12 pm

Hi, I am refugee from Uganda, recently applied for my ILR after 5 years in UK. I have received two letters from HO already: one with my BC for next 5 years and a month later approval letter (which I think I should get before my bmr card) where it clearly states it is not a decision letter. So my question is: do I still wait for a third letter the decision letter or this is it? As my passport expired already as well so I’m not sure if I can go ahead and apply for new one?

By BC I am assuming you mean biometric resident permit card.
Sometimes you get approval letter after the BRP.
As long you have the ILR - BRP which states Settlement - Refugee you are fine.
You will not get any other letter.
