Life After ILR

Post by Saadiii » Tue Jun 25, 2019 3:33 pm

Hello Gurus,

I need some help with my questions.

I am on ILR status & my wife on PBS dependent visa she need one more extension as well before she qualify for ILR.

Please find below my questions.

Q : 1 I am on ILR but due to health reason I have to change my job routine & reduce my work hours also my salary will go down as well because of less working hours is that going to affect my wife PBS dependent application in future?

Q : 2 what are the salary requirements for PBS dependent extension?

Q : 3 Do i have to earn same level of salary after ILR because I have PBS dependents?

I got my ILR because of tier 2 route six months ago.

I am still earning same salary as ILR but I need bit of break now.

Quick reply will be much appreciated.

Regards

Saadiii

The requirement for a Tier 2 Dependent extension is ONLY having the maintenance funds of £630 for 90 days. Not sure where you get the £1700 amount from.
