Super Priority delay in decision- SET(M)

Hi,

I have submitted my Super Priority Application (Set M) form on 19th June and I attended the biometric on 9th July at 11.45 AM.

Application submitted - 21th June 2019
Biometric attended - 09th July 2019 at 11.45 am at Newcastle service center.

On 10th July at 15:17 I didn't receive any email from HO and it's now beyond 24 hrs. I called to UKVI customer service and they ask me to contact HO as they are looking at the application submitted correctly from UKVI.

It would really helpfull if you please guide me, how to contact them to find the status or should I wait.
