Varying application from T1E(ILR) to 10 years LR ( ILR)

Hi Moderators,

Apologies if the topic is confusing, I need help making a decision as to whether to vary an existing application.

I came into the UK on 13 Sep 2009 and would have completed my 10 years continous leave on 12 Sep 2019 and could have made application 12Aug 2019 based on the 28 day rule.

Unfortunately, My Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa was set to expire on the 13th of July 2019 so I put in a Tier1 Ent ILR application on the 30th of May and am still awaiting a decision which could take up to 6 months.

I am thinking of putting in a second application and making a super-priority ILR application based on the 10 year LR Route and am seeking advise as to whether putting in a new application hence varying my existing application could have a negative effect on my application as I would be currently on the Section 3c leave.

Please any advise or guidance provided would be highly appreciated as it would be stupid of me to assume that I know everything hence my reaching out to those who would definitely have more information /knowledge at their disposal

You can do that. Only your dependents ILR could be affected, if you have any
