Query of 200k investment as director wage and ILR

Query of 200k investment as director wage and ILR,
T1E INNITIAL VISA was granted mar 2015
extention granted april 2018
I will apply my Ilr in FEB 2020, with 2 full time employee for a year,


However, my business failed last year and I have to use about 15k as my wage from my 200k investment fund in 2019.

I know I do not need to provide evidence of investment when apply Ilr, but will it cause any problem ?
