ILR Application from India for a child born in UK

Hi All,

I am new to this Blog. I have some questions for which I need answers

1. Me and My wife are on ILR since 2011.
2. Daughter was born in 2018. My wife applied for her Indian passport and Not British Passport.
3. She had to travel to India due to a family situation in 2019.
4. Now my wife wants to return to UK with the Baby.

My question is What Visa should I apply for the Baby ? What Documents will I need to put ?

Your child is British. A British national is NOT subject to immigration control. You should apply for British passport or COE sticker
