Tier 2 applied for ILR, but Sponsor License revoked

Post by wewa » Tue Oct 22, 2019 11:13 am

Hi
I will appreciate if any one could please help .
I'm due for ILR this week on the basis of tier2.( 10yrs finished last month ) but yesterday licence revoked because one college applied for ILR on the premium service and they put on hold for 10months (jan to till now)and they visited June and revoked yesterday and refused his applic.
My question is as im finished 10yrs now shall i apply for ILR on the 10year route same day aplication rather than searching new sponser ? as my tier2 sponser licence revoked

ILR on Tier 2 and ILR on long residency are two different routes. If your employer has lost their licence you can't apply ILR on Tier 2 as this will be refused.

But as you have mentioned that you have completed 10 years in the UK, you can apply for ILR on Long Residency. You just need to meet your eligibility criteria and if you do meet, you can apply. you don't to search for a new sponsor.

You colleague must have applied ILR on 5 years basis on Tier 2 that is why his VISA would have been refused.

There is no more premium service rather you apply under standard service or Super Priority Service (which members are reporting is not available at the moment).

What is your full immigration history?
Have you completed Life in the UK test?
Do you have English Language at B1?
Have you been out side the Uk for more than 540 years in 10 years?
have you been away from the uk for more than 180 days in one go?
