Indefinite Leave to Remain - Set (O) or Set (M) form?

Post by sunny_ver » Thu Aug 26, 2021 7:20 am

Hi All, seeking advice, as I am applying for my wife ILR application ( she completed 5 years in UK as PBS dependant). Last time we applied for her PBS dependant visa extension along with my ILR application back in Oct 2018, her current BRP says " PBS Dependant Leave to Remain". Now I have obtained my British Citizenship so should she apply for ILR with form Set (O) or Set (M)?

if Set (O), this form needs my details like CoS/VAF or GWF number - which is no longer valid as I am British Citizen so can you please confirm if it needs my COS details only?

Thanks in Advance

She can only apply using form SET O.

You need to complete the CoS details etc from your last tier 2 sponsor.

SET M doesn't apply as she doesn't hold a qualifying spouse settlement visa.
