Super priority appointment

hello , I ama Kenyan National applying my ILR through the spousal 5 year route- I have not been able to find the super priority option - is it true they get updated at midnight ? has anyone done it recently and have been successful ?

Online Application - Why there is no Super Priority Service Option ?
