ILR for child born in UK to ILR parents

Hi,

My child is born in UK and we have got ILR (earlier we're on tier 2 skilled worker visa).

We DON'T want British Citizenship for child.

Query:
1) Which ILR form to fill : Apply as child (family visa) or Apply as child (dependent on work visa)
2) Can a child apply directly for ILR or this needs to be ILR dependent only
3) If child applies for ILR dependent now, does she need to wait for 5 yrs for British Citizenship ( in case we plan to live here in UK permanently ) or the child can apply for citizenship anytime as the child is born in UK.

The child has an automatic entitlement to register as British at any time as the child was born in the UK to someone who was already settled.
If you want ILR for now, apply for the child's ILR using form SET(O).
