Can I claim ILR if council tax paid is not on my name

Hi,

I stay in a rented sharing flat in UK. The council tax is paid by the landlord since its a sharing rented flat. My rent includes everything including all the bills(council tax, electricity, gas, water).Since, these bills are not on my name, will it affect my ILR application?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
