Hi everyone,
I wasn't sure where to post this for help so started new topic. I am British citizen and My wife applied for ILR based on marriage and 5 year residence in UK. We paid for super priority service as well. She submitted her biometric on Thursday 20th June at 09:30 am. Her documents were uploaded already by solicitor. We waited whole day Thursday but nothing came through. Next day on Friday our solicitor received strange email from HO. Below is the email from HO-
Please note as we have begun consideration of your case within 24 hours of submission, we have met our obligations under the Super Priority service and you will therefore will not be eligible for a refund of the Super Priority fee.
We are considering your application and need further information from you. Please provide the following within 10 working days of the date of this request:
Thank you for your application.
There is a technical issue with the application which we are working to resolve with our technical department.
We will arrange the refund of the Super Priority fee as we were unable to consider your application within the service level agreement.
So this was all in one email. They didn't say what documents they require. First they said they won't refund the SP fees and later they said they will refund the SP fees.
My concern is that if they refund SP fees, will they still process the application fast or will it be under standard service? Any advice or comments will be much appreciated.
