Just dont want apply on the wrong form as there is many ILR form depending on the route you was on I always read snd double check i know this is the right form but sometimes its good to ask if you have slight doubt

After 10 years of continuous lawful residence, you can either apply under the private life route or the long residence route, the choice is yours.
Set M Form says Use a different form if you have spent 10 years with permission to qualify for settlement.

I wanted to know my wife has had her first visa granted in 2014 FLR FP 10 year route to ILR so if you count from 2014 so is she eligible to apply for ILR this year we know when we apply for visa extension that what ever current visa you have is still valid even tho it's expired as your waiting for a decision on the visa extension but does the time still count while waiting for the decision or has it only counts when you have the visa granted.
