ILR issue with 6 penalty points in driving licence

My wife is on depandent visa and has got 6 penalty points for driving a car without insurance in her provisional driving licence, it was decided by magistrate court.

Using a vehicle uninsured against third party risks (IN10)
Penalty points: 6
Offence date
7 July 2024
Conviction date
Penalty point expiry date 7 July 2027
Endorsement removal date 7 July 2028
Fine £200.00
Court or fixed penalty office
2800 South Yorkshire Magistrates' Court

Fine paid , dvla said still can go head with practical test and can drive.

She is due for ILR on Dec'2027.
If anyone in this group can answer or guide me what could be the affect of ILR and what should we do for that.
